SUBSTANCE: invention relates to animal breeding and veterinary and can be applied for early diagnostics of mastitis in cows. Method of early diagnostics of mastitis in cows includes analysis of milk samples. Luminol-induced chemiluminiscence with addition of 2.0 ml of physiological solution with luminol 10-5 M to 0.5 ml of milk is carried out. Light-sum of luminescence is measured by method of chemiluminiscence analysis for 5 minutes at temperature 37°C and if its value is higher than 9.0 c.u., mastitis is diagnosed.

EFFECT: application of the invention simplifies and increases accuracy of diagnostics, reduces analysis time.
