SUBSTANCE: method and device are claimed for transferring user equipment (UE) status information, where user equipment is connected to one servicing unit B and to at least one non-servicing unit B, in mobile communication system, which contain transport channel data generation, aforementioned data containing user equipment status information; transfer of transport channels data into servicing unit B and at least into one non-servicing unit B; receipt of response signal for transport channel data from servicing unit B; and repeated transmission of transport channel data if response signal received from servicing unit B is the non-confirming signal (NACK), and finishing of repeated transport channel data transmission, if response signal received from servicing unit B, is the confirmation signal (ACK).
EFFECT: increased regulation characteristics of UE equipment and stability of the whole system.
