SUBSTANCE: mobile station transmitter transmits channel quality indicator data from mobile station for first base station. The data is encoded by Walsh code, assigned to first base station. Base station receiver receives channel quality indicator data transmission for first base station. Mobile station transmitter perforates channel quality indicator data transmission for first base station with empty channel quality indicator data and encoded empty data of channel quality by Walsh code, assigned to second base station of several base stations, to show necessity of switching of traffic data transmission source from first base station to second base station.
EFFECT: increased reliability when switching a mobile communication transmission source for continuous transmission.
