SUBSTANCE: frozen confectionery product comprising a core of a frozen sweet product, at least partially coated with a gel coating, is provided. Moreover, the inner surface of the gel coating is at least partially coated with a barrier coating made of frozen liquid, which facilitates the removal of the gel coating. In another variant, there is provided a frozen confectionery product comprising a core of gel, at least partially coated with a gel coating. Wherein the core is at least partially coated with a barrier coating made of frozen liquid, which facilitates the removal of the gel coating from the core. Method for producing these frozen confectionery product variants is also provided.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve the removability of the gel coating from the core of the frozen confectionery product.
