FIELD: chemical industry; coal-processing industry; metallurgy industry; food-processing industry; methods and devices for feeding of the solid raw in the chemical reactors.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is intended for chemical industry, coal-processing industry, metallurgy industry, food-processing industry, enterprises for reprocessing and salvaging of the secondary raw materials and may be used in the apparatuses operating under pressure. The raw, for example, peat with humidity of 80-85 % is fed into the reactor (2) through the raw channel (4) made in the form of the hollow cylinder. The raw in the course of feeding is permanently compressed and compacted by the feed screw (5). At that the cross-sectional area of the raw channel (4) is changing at opening-closing of the shutters of the gate (7). At the inlet of the raw channel (4) there is the fridge (12) intended for cooling of the liquid stream from the below lying layers to 40-45°С. At the outlet the heater (13) is mounted for heating the raw up to 135-150°С at the expense of which the steam cushion is formed and the raw drying is exercised. Between the inlet into the raw channel and the steam cushion upper boundary the water lock is formed. Along the perimeter of the raw channel(4) the tangential slit-type injectors (18) for feeding of the additional liquid into the part of the raw channel (4) are disposed between the areas of heating and refrigerating, and for fixation of the boundary between the steam cushion and the water lock. The invention allows to ensure the possibility of continuous feeding of the raw into the reactor, to exclude the feeding of the raw with the redundant humidity into the cavity of the reactor, to diminish the costs of its drying and to exclude the possibility of discharge into the air of steam-gaseous products from the reactor.
