SUBSTANCE: mandrel includes hollow shaft and mutually spaced sector cleats fastened in the form of three blocks. First block is fixed to shaft; second and third blocks are arranged between sector cleats of first block with possibility of reciprocation motion. Second and third block are secured to separate pushers inserted to shaft.
EFFECT: simplified design, improved operational reliability, enlarged manufacturing possibilities of mandrel.
