Abstract RU 2309192 C2

FIELD: manufacture of elastic members from memorized-shape effect alloys on base of titanium nickelide; manufacture of thermocouples for fire-fighting plants.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes molding of titanium nickelide blank preheated to temperature above titanium nickelide recrystallization temperature. Wire at different content of Ti and Ni may be used at spring shape reduction temperature ranging from 30 to 110°C. Wire is heated to temperature of 500-600°C , preferably to 530-570°C by direct passing of electric current through wire. Heat treatment is performed in form of annealing and/or hardening in air and/or quenching in water and/or aging.

EFFECT: enhanced power properties of spring.
