FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed process consists in taking fluid sample from pipeline by adjusting the fluid flow rate with the help of sampling shutoff valve fitted at the pipeline. Then, sample is forced into sample intake by jet via one pipe of two pipes fitted in/on sample intake wall or in neck or via one of two channels in its casing. Medium substituted with sample that fills said sample intake before sampling is derived from said sampler via another pipe of said two pipes or the other said channel. Note here that before forcing said sample to sample intake, it is additionally forced via extra pipe or drained there through into extra tank. Before or after pumping or draining of sample to shutoff valve said sample intake is connected by joint which rules out disconnection or seal failure at filling said sample intake with sample. Then, one or more point samples are taken into sample intake by displacement of filling medium to extra tank or pipeline. For this, sample the entire flow or its part in amount of at least tenfold volume of shutoff vale volume is tapped and directed into sample intake. For such sample flow redirection shutoff valve is used. Sample intake filled with sample, it is closed. Simultaneously, said extra pipe and pipe delivering said sample into sample intake are intercommunicated.

EFFECT: more representative sample.
