FIELD: production of fittings.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to different media through pipeline pumping process and fluid sampling technique from pipeline and can be used in petrochemical industry, where accuracy of determining flow parameters in pipeline is required. Device includes mixing device, consisting of housing for local change in flow direction in pipeline. In mixing device are installed first mixing element in form of truncated cone with perforation made on its side surface, second mixer interacting with first mixing element due to drive. Mixing elements are arranged with possibility to turn and adjust flow passing through perforation holes mixing intensity on first mixing element side surface due to said holes overlapping or opening by second mixing element and, as a result, change of effective cross-section area during flow passage through first mixing element. At that, during sampling or flow parameters determining in device after both mixing elements in flow direction sampling element with valve or quality analyzer are installed. To change flow effective cross-section by adjustment outside of pipeline to transmit torque from drive hand wheel is used in device. Flow is mixed with permissible pressure drop on mixing in specified flow rate interval. Sample is taken using sampling element or one or more flow parameters are determined using quality analyzer. At that specified flow rate is set. Mixing is carried out under condition that its mixing intensity can be adjusted within permissible limits of pressure drop on mixing due to perforation holes overlapping or opening of on first mixing element side surface during second mixing element rotation by means of rotation mechanism.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of fluid pumped via pipeline quantitative and qualitative assessment.
