ARRANGEMENT METHOD OF FLUID PUMPING ELEMENT IN PIPELINE, AND DEVICE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC F17D1/14 

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: in proposed method for arrangement of fluid pumping element in pipeline, at which a hole for mounting branch pipe is made in pipeline, mounting branch pipe with a guide or without a guide, and shutoff valve is installed; chamber with fluid pumping element arranged in it and connected to lifting and lowering mechanism through gland is installed on shutoff valve; nozzle is connected to chamber; fluid pumping element is arranged in pipeline by means of lifting and lowering mechanism and its orientation is performed in relation to fluid movement direction in pipeline; fluid is pumped through fluid pumping element and nozzle; according to invention the fluid pumped through the nozzle and fluid pumping element is formed into flow at which mixing of this flow with pipeline fluid is excluded, which is not passed through fluid pumping element, and displacement of fluid pumping element is restricted in transverse direction relative to the way of its arrangement in pipeline till the contact with inner surface of mounting branch pipe or the guide installed on it not less than on three levels (i.e. elastic contact is provided along its side surface not less than on three levels). In device for arrangement of fluid pumping element in pipeline, which is used during implementation of the proposed method, which involves mounting branch pipe with a guide or without a guide, shutoff valve, chamber with fluid pumping element mounted in it, which are installed in series on pipeline, at that the above fluid mounting element is connected through gland to lifting and lowering mechanism, nozzle connected to the chamber, according to the invention the nozzle is connected to lower chamber section that is reconstructed to the area with sealing limits from elastic hydroinsulating material, which are tightly adjacent to side surface of fluid pumping element, serving for formation into the flow of fluid that is pumped at operation of the device through nozzle and fluid pumping element, at which there excluded is mixing of that flow with pipeline fluid that was not passed (not pumped) through fluid pumping element, and mounting branch pipe with a guide or without a guide is made based on contact with internal surface of mounting branch pipe or the guide installed on it not less than on three levels.

EFFECT: application of the proposed method for arrangement in pipeline of fluid pumping element and device for its implementation will allow maintaining physical and chemical composition and properties of fluid pumped through fluid pumping element, improve the reliability of technology of fluid pumping through fluid pumping element and provide the convenience during erection, preventive maintenance and operation of the device under pressure in the pipeline.
