FIELD: technological for determining resistance of composition of objects (mainly of the same type) relatively to environment, in which and relatively to which the object is moving, in particular for determining rafting of watercrafts, vessels, etc during movement on the water.
SUBSTANCE: for realization of method, fields are built (graphical and analytical) of rafting coefficients for various objects (to which end already known data may be used). During building of rafting coefficient KR, additional value is used. Construction of rafting coefficients field is performed in coordinates KR and 1/n, i.e. given field is composed of relationships like KR=f(1/n), where n - number of units in composition. Further, into rafting coefficients field the data are recorded for at least two-three members in the raft along length and on basis of synchronization with the rest of the field, relationship is completed for required number of members.
EFFECT: minimized costs of data acquisition.
