SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes potato cutting and blanching; onion cutting and roasting in melt fat; buckwheat grain boiling up to double mass increasing; fresh green pea freezing. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with table salt and black pepper. Further duck meat is cut, pre-packed with obtained mixture and melt fat, sealed and sterilized. Obtained canned goods nave digestion value of 12.6x104.

EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
