SUBSTANCE: method involves testing blood circulation condition by recording stroke volume, heart index, stroke fraction, prestress and aorta pulsation state and finger micro blood vessels state. Hypovelemia is detectable when diastolic wave filling is less than 20%, aorta impedance pulsation amplitude is less than 80 mOhm, finger micro blood vessels pulsation amplitude is less than 20 mOhm. Cardiac decompensation is detectable when diastolic wave filling is greater than 20%, aorta impedance pulsation amplitude is less than 80 mOhm, finger micro blood vessels pulsation amplitude is within the limits of 20-40 mOhm. The detected disorders are corrected with volume load by intravenously dripping Stabizol at a dose of 500 ml in hypovelemia cases. Inotropic support with Dophamine is carried out at a dose of 4-6 mcg/kg/min in cardiac decompensation cases. Mexidol is also additionally introduced at a dose of 1200 mg/day as continuous infusion.

EFFECT: enabled dynamic measurements to be taken; reduced risk of infectious complications.
