FIELD: medicine, gynecology.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with studying skin electric resistance in area of conchae auriculae microareas followed by computed analysis of the correspondence to this parameter of distribution functions of tonic activity of the system of alpha- and beta-adrenoreceptors of smooth-muscle musculature of arterial and venous links of microcirculation system of internal organs presented on the obtained graphs of the functions of their distribution at taking into account physiological range in the areas under testing. Diagnosis of failed mature pregnancy should be stated upon if in projection areas onto concha auriculae of cerebral segments and spinal cervical segments one should observe mismatching in the functions of distribution of tonic activity of the system of alpha- and beta-adrenoreceptors of smooth-muscle musculature of arterial link of microcirculation system of internal organs. Moreover, the values of the function of distribution of tonic activity of the system of alpha- or beta-adrenoreceptors of smooth-muscle musculature of venous link of microcirculation system of internal organs exceed maximal values of physiological range. But the values of the function of distribution of tonic activity of the system of alpha-adrenoreceptors of smooth-muscle musculature of arterial link of microcirculation system of internal organs are fixed within physiological range. Except this, simultaneously on the graphs of functions in projection area onto concha auriculae of the spinal thoracic segments the values of the function of distribution of tonic activity of the system of alpha-adrenoreceptors of smooth-muscle musculature of arterial and venous links of microcirculation system of internal organs are fixed near each other and near minimal values of physiological range. Moreover, simultaneously on the graphs of functions in projection area onto concha auriculae of spinal lumbar and sacral segments the values are observed beyond the area of physiological range, at exceeding its maximal values along with the extremum of the graph of function of distribution of tonic activity of the system of alpha-adrenoreceptors of smooth-muscle musculature of arterial link of microcirculation system of internal organs. But the extremum of the graph of function of distribution of tonic activity of the system of alpha-adrenoreceptors of smooth-muscle musculature of venous link of microcirculation system of internal organs is observed within the values of physiological range. Moreover, simultaneously on the graphs of functions in projection area onto concha auriculae of spinal coccygeal segments one observes the tendency for the growth in the values of function of distribution of tonic activity of the system of alpha-adrenoreceptors of smooth-muscle musculature of arterial link of microcirculation system of internal organs and the function of distribution of tonic activity of the system of alpha-adrenoreceptors of smooth-muscle musculature of venous link of microcirculation system of internal organs at exceeding maximal values in area of physiological range and exceeding the values of the firstly mentioned function above the second one.
