FIELD: medicine, gynecology.
SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to study skin electric resistance in areas of microareas of conchae auriculae, carry out computed analysis for the correlation to this parameter of distribution functions of tonic activity of alpha- and beta-adrenoreceptors of smooth muscle musculature of arterial and venous links of microcirculatory system in inner organs. The data obtained should be fixed at the plots of functions of their distribution in projection areas onto concha auricula of corresponding cerebral and spinal segments. At the first stage one should detect the presence of failed pregnancy in case of mismatching at the above-mentioned plots. Moreover, the values of distribution function exceed maximal values of physiological range. Simultaneously, these values should be fixed in area of physiological range. At the plots of functions in area of projection of thoracic spinal segments the values of distribution of tonic activity should be fixed to be near each other and near minimal values in area of physiological range. At the plots of functions in projection area of lumbar and sacral spinal segments they should be fixed beyond the area of physiological range, at exceeding its maximal values, extremum of the plot of function of distribution of tonic activity of the system of alpha-adrenoreceptors of smooth muscle musculature of arterial link of microcirculatory system in inner organs. As those of venous link of microcirculatory system of inner organs should be fixed within physiological range. At function plots in projection areas of coccygeal spinal segments one should detect the tendency for the growth of function values in distribution tonic activity of the system of alpha-adrenoreceptors in arterial and venous links at exceeding the values of the first mentioned function above the second. At the second stage one should fix and analyze amplitude-configuration peculiarities of left and right branches of complex function that illustrates the state of hemostasis. Diagnosis of conventional failed pregnancy should be put if at the plots in area of cervical spinal segments there is mismatching of right and left branches of complex function. Moreover, the values of right branch come beyond maximal values in area of physiological range, and those of left branch are localized at inferior values of physiological range. Simultaneously, in area of thoracic spinal segments one should observe the tendency for approaching both branches, at decreasing their absolute values, at exceeding the values of right branch of complex function above left ones. Moreover, in area of lumbar spinal segments there are extremums of this or that branch of complex function, at their coming beyond maximal values in area of physiological range.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of diagnostics.
