SUBSTANCE: method involves studying tonic activity distribution function of smooth muscle α- and β-adrenoreceptors of arterial and venous microcirculatory bed of visceral organs along spinal cord axis. Availability of visceral organs smooth muscle α- and β-adrenoreceptors system tonic activity distribution function values outside of physiological corridor in brain segments zone and cervical spinal cord segments and tonic activity distribution function values for α-adrenoreceptors system of smooth muscle of arterial microcirculatory bed of visceral organs being within physiological corridor zone are considered to be miscarriage signs. This is the case when the values of visceral organs smooth muscle α-adrenoreceptors system tonic activity distribution function are available near the physiological corridor minimum in the thoracic spinal cord segments. Visceral organs smooth muscle α-adrenoreceptors system tonic activity distribution function extremum in the case of arterial microcirculatory bed of visceral organs is found in lumbar and sacral spinal cord segments outside of physiological corridor zone and the value of tonic activity distribution function for smooth muscle α-adrenoreceptors system of venous microcirculatory bed of visceral organs are observed within the physiological corridor. Growth of tonic activity distribution function of smooth muscle α- and β-adrenoreceptors of arterial and venous microcirculatory bed of visceral organs is observed in sacral segments zone.

EFFECT: high reliability in detecting pregnant women with miscarriage and forming secondary infertility risk group.
