SUBSTANCE: method involves administering insulin therapy and general normalizing collageno- and osteogenesis therapy. The gel mass has 2% of chytosane ascorbate of 94-98% deacetylation degree having molecular mass of 100-700 kDa. 5-100 mg of chondroitin sulfuric acid, 10-100 mg of hyaluronic acid, 2-2.5 mg of heparin and 11-220 mcg of cattle serum growth factor. 4% sodium alginate is introduced containing 50% amorphous hydroxyapatite. Chytosane ascorbate gel and sodium alginate solution are taken in proportion of 1:1. The preparation is introduced once every 3 days within 1 month.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; arresting soft and hard periodontium tissue destruction; reduced teeth loosening.
