SUBSTANCE: method comprises setting fluid to flow through the magnetic field, determining the mass ratio of magnetic particles by measuring dielectric permeability of fluid with the particles of magnetic admixture with large mass and fluid with particles of magnetic admixture with lower mass by measuring the electric capacity of pickups mounted in the pipeline, and measuring the ratio of the capacities of the capacitors arranged in the fluid flow at various distances from the source of magnetic field.
