FIELD: analysis of relation of quantity of worn particles of different mass in machine and mechanisms operating with use of technological liquids.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises step of guiding liquid along curvilinear path; determining relation of worn particles according to their mass due to measuring relation of dielectric permeability of liquids with more massive worn particles and liquid with less massive worn particles with use of electrical capacitance measuring pickups mounted in liquid main pipeline; inspecting relation of capacitance values of capacitors arranged in liquid flow and spaced by different distances from curvature center of liquid path; evaluating technical state of machine due to determining values and rate of fluctuations of capacitance relation from reference values received for non-used and maximally contaminated liquid at condition of most effective operation of liquid system.

EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of evaluation of technical state of machines and mechanisms.
