FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: using monoclonal antibodies to nucleolus protein B23/nucleofozmine and based on data of its changes in transfer of cells from resting to proliferation protein B23/nucleofozmine is used as a marker for recognition of the early stage in cells activation to proliferation resulting to disease progressing. This can be found in enhancing expression of B23/nucleofozmine in immunoblotts earlier than by immunocytochemical methods in fixed cells. Lymphoid cells are isolated from peripheral blood by gradient centrifugation method in Ficoll, lysed their and the quantitative content of nucleolus protein B23/nucleofozmine is determined by immunoblotting method followed by scanning prepared immunoblotts and determination of the conventional content of protein by computer program with taking into account width and color intensity of protein bands. Invention provides possibility for early diagnosis of progressing form of chronic lympholeukosis in initial period of disease or progressing in process of treatment.
EFFECT: improved method of prognosis.
