SUBSTANCE: general clinical and immunological parameters are evaluated. If observing the decrease of total T-lymphocytes (CD2+) to 61% and less, T-helper/inducer (CD4+) count to 31% and less, the increase of the serum immunoglobulin IgG concentration to 16.7 g/l and more, the level of circulating immune complexes to 133 standard units and more, a neurotic, clinically favourable PTSD version transition to a pathologically characterised version formed as a version of unfavourable course of PTSD.

EFFECT: method extends the range of products for prediction of an unfavourable course of posttraumatic stress disorder.
