SUBSTANCE: object is handled by measuring the immunological values in peripheral blood of persons being tested; if observing the content of CD72⁺ B-lymphocytes of 7% or less, the content of lymphocytes with late activation markers HLADR of 14% or less, the concentration of serum IgA of 1.96 g/l or less, the developing psychic deadaptation at the stage of the psychic adaptation state is predicted.

EFFECT: predictable transition of the psychic adaptation state both of the early stage of the adaptation mechanism strain with no signs of exhaustion into the psychic deadaptation state with the reduced individual's adaptation capabilities, the presence of signs of the psychic exhaustion and potential pre-existing disease.
