Abstract RU 2749487 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to psychiatry, and can be used to predict a protracted course of panic disorder. With a moderate course of panic disorder, somatic diseases are additionally detected, psychological and immunological indicators are determined. If there is concomitant somatic pathology like diseases of the circulatory system, respiratory system, digestive organs, endocrine system, nutritional disorders and metabolic disorders with a level of personal anxiety of more than 53 points and the content of activated T-lymphocytes (CD3+HLADR+) more than 13%, a protracted course panic disorder is predicted with disease duration of more than 3 years.
