If CD3+ phenotype T-lymphocyte count is 51% and less, CD95+ phenotype lymphocyte count with Fas-receptor of readiness for apoptosis is 25% and more, and brain-specific protein S-100 is 6.12 ng/ml and more, the formation of organic personality disorder is predicted.

EFFECT: use of the given method enables the early prediction of non-psychotic organic mental disorders tending to prolongation accompanied by the formation of organic personality disorder, and targeted psychopharmaco-therapeutic measures involving immune correction methods.
