If observing the lower content of B-lymphocytes and activated T-lymphocytes, HLADR+-phenotype to 18 % and less, the higher content of cytotoxic T-lymphocytes, CD8+-phenotype to 24 % and more, the increased level of circulating immune complexes (CIC) to 127 standard units and more, a transition of adaptation disorder to a chronic course combined with persistent personality disorder formation is predicted.
EFFECT: method allows the early prediction of the course of an neurotic disorder.
