FIELD: feed processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: claimed product contains as lipid source phospholipids obtained by hydration of non-refined corn oil with aqueous solution of reagent comprising sodium chloride and citric acid in sodium chloride/citric acid ratio of (0.5:1.0)-(1.0:1.0) as calculated to dry matters in amount of 3-5 % based on oil mass in thin helically rotated film with rotation rate of 10-40 sec-1 at temperature of 60-70°C to produce phospholipid emulsion followed by drying thereof to produce target product. Additionally in contains as lipid and protein source powder from tomato bagasse, obtained by grinding of tomato bagasse in thin (0.1-0.5 mm) helically rotated film under pressure of 200-250 kg/cm3 and at temperature of 20-30°C, phospholipids and tomato bagasse powder ratio is (1:1)-(1:3). Said product in useful in chicken feeding.
EFFECT: product of improved nutritional value containing vitamins A, D, F, and E and increased content of essential fatty acids.
