FIELD: fat and oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with obtaining efficient fodder product. Protein-lipid fodder product contains oil cake and lipids; as lipids it contains phospholipids obtained due to hydration of crude corn oil with aqueous solution of a reagent consisting of sodium chloride and citric acid and at the ratio of sodium chloride-citric acid on conversion to dry matter being (0.5:1.0)-(1.0:1.0), at the quantity of 2-5% against oil mass in a thin spirally rotating film at rotation frequency ranged 10-40 sec-1 at about 60-70°C at formation of phospholipid emulsion with its subsequent drying to obtain the target product at the following ratio of the components taken, weight%: phospholipids 1.0-5.0; oil cake - the rest. The innovation enables to increase body weight gain in broiler chickens, increase nutritive value of visceral fat in broiler chickens due to increased carotenoids and tocopherols and, also, increased content of essential fatty acids. Moreover, the tasting evaluation of boiled and roasted meat has been improved.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
