FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to forage production. Protein and lipidic feed product, containing solvent cake and lipids, as lipids contains phospholipids, got by hydration of unpurified high oleic sunflower oil with water solution of monosubstituted lithium citrate with concentration 1.0-4.0%, preliminary treated in alternating magnetic field with magnetic density 0.1-0.4 T at the temperature 30-50°C, separation of the received phospholipids emulsion from hydrated oil and subsequent drying of phospholipids emulsion with target product receiving, with the following proportion of components, wt %: phospholipids 3.0-10.0, solvent cake - the others.
EFFECT: invention enables to increase poultry gain and to raise meat nutritional quality.
