FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to abdominal surgery and can be used for treatment of postnecrotic pseudocysts of pancreas. For this purpose laparotomy is performed 4-5 cm in cyst projection, "Mini-assistant" set is installed. Anterior wall of stomach is fixed with traction sutures, gastrotomy not longer than 4 cm is performed, puncture of cyst is carried out through posterior wall of stomach, stomach and cyst wall is cut by transverse cut along 4 cm, cyst content is removed, installed is drainage in cyst cavity through anterior wall of stomach and anastomosis.
EFFECT: increase of treatment efficiency.
