FIELD: radio-electronics, in particular, devices, which allow detection and control of errors in operation of multi-functional peripheral device.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, descriptions of problems are recorded into memory of multi-functional peripheral device, recommendations for removal of problems are recorded into recommendation memory, and intervals for checking accessibility of receiver and report delivery interval are recorded into interval memory. In case of problem detection "unsolved problem is present" state is set in problem memory, receiver accessibility check interval is determined, interval expiration is checked, description of a problem is selected from memory together with recommendations for its removal, problem report is generated. Problem report is transferred to accessible receiver through delivery channel.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of operation and higher comfort when using multi-functional peripheral device.
