FIELD: radio engineering and communications, possible use as a device for amplifying analog signals with broad dynamic range.
SUBSTANCE: differential amplifier contains first (1) and second (2) input transistors, emitters of which are connected to emitters of first (3) and second (4) output transistors of opposite conductivity type, first (5) and second (6) auxiliary transistors, conductivity type of which matches the conductivity type of output transistors (3 and 4), where base of transistor (5) is connected to base of transistor (6), emitter is connected to power bus (7), and collector is connected to bases of transistors (3,4) and support current sources (8). Introduced to the circuit are third auxiliary transistor (9), first (10) and second (11) additional resistors, and also circuit for setting static mode (12), output of which (13) is connected to bases of transistors (5 and 6), where emitter of transistor (6) is connected to collector of transistor (2) and through second additional resistor (11) is connected to power bus (7), and emitter of transistor (9) is connected to collector of transistor (1) and through first additional resistor is connected to power source bus (7).
EFFECT: expanded active operation range for differential and cophased signals.
