FIELD: electric engineering, possible use for "slow" charging of capacitive accumulators of electric energy from a source of alternating current of limited power over many periods of its voltage change.

SUBSTANCE: device contains three-phased four-wire alternating current source, rectifier-multiplier of voltage, composed of a three-phased rectifying bridge and three current limiting-dosing capacitors, coupling circuit of which allows increase of angular duration of current of alternating current source, faster charging of capacitive accumulators of electric energy without change of capacity of current limiting-dosing capacitors, i.e. improves technical and economical characteristics of device.

EFFECT: increased speed of energy transfers in capacitive accumulators of electric energy, improved specific power and mass-dimensional characteristics of device, increased coefficient of power usage of alternating current supply.
