SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes green onion and gardenstuff freezing; squid fillet cutting. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with pickled cabbage, sugar, table salt, sodium or potassium glutamate, and black pepper. Obtained mixture is pre-packed with vegetable oil, sealed and sterilized.

EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
