FIELD: furniture industry, in particular, dinner chair with back inclining mechanism.

SUBSTANCE: chair with inclining mechanism has seat resting upon set of legs, back comprising lower part connected to seat, upper part connected through binder with lower part of back, and at least one flexible means disposed between upper and lower parts of back. Flexible means comprises resiliently movable member free of twisting and positioned so as to be compressed in any position of upper part of back with the exception of substantially vertical position. Flexible means allows back to incline in accordance with pressure applied by user and move back to initial position upon releasing of said pressure.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified construction.
