FIELD: medicine, dermatology.

SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to obtain the samples pf affected skin, freeze them in liquid nitrogen and reduce by not allowing their defrosting. Out of these samples one should isolate RNA of skin cells. After that the reverse transcription should be carried out. The products obtained should be separated with the help of gel electrophoresis in agarose gel to detect the quantity of the obtained PCR products at size 487 - bax and 127 - bcl-2 and determine the ratio bax/bcl-2 to evaluate the state of apoptic system. In case of normal value of this parameter - 0.200±0.050 the state of apoptic system should be evaluated as stable, and in case of increased value (more than 30% against the norm) - as activated one. The innovation enables to detect the ratio of apoptosis-inducing and apoptosis-inhibiting proteins in skin due to applying quantitative criteria and according to their values it is possible to evaluate the state of apoptic system and match adequate therapy.

EFFECT: higher accuracy and objectivity of evaluation.
