SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and biochemistry, in particular to molecular diagnostics, namely to a multi-parameter diagnostic test system, and can be used to quantify mRNA levels of human RIG-1, IFIT-1, IFIH-1 genes in a biological sample. A multiparametric diagnostic test system for the quantitative determination of the mRNA level of the RIG-1, IFIT-1, and IFIH-1 genes by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction has been proposed. The test system includes a set of oligonucleotide primers and fluorescent probes.

EFFECT: test system provides the ability to quickly and accurately determine the mRNA level of human RIG-1, IFIT-1, IFIH-1 genes in a biological sample.
