SUBSTANCE: the suggested fat-containing ubiquinone-enriched food product contains oil or fat at melting point being 20°C, not less or at melting point being under 20°C, moreover, the product is being the emulsion of "oil-in-water"-type. Ubiquinone should be delivered into the body due to the intake of fat-containing product. Method for obtaining fat-containing product deals with adding ubiquinone together with emulsifying agent and/or food ingredient that contains oil/fat to food material. The innovation enables to enrich food product with ubiquinone at quantities exceeding the threshold of its solubility in oil or fat without division into liquid and solid phases at storage.
