FIELD: bactericidal compositions.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bactericidal composition containing highly dispersed metallic silver stabilized with a protective material. Proposed water-soluble bactericidal composition comprises 0.2 wt.-% of highly dispersed metallic silver, not above, stabilized with a protective material as crystalline matrix made of calcium carbonate and solid nutrient acid taken in the amount providing reaction with calcium carbonate. Proposed composition shows high activity and 10-fold lower cost. Invention can be used in food processing industry as a biologically active supplement and in preparing beverages and solutions for different using.
