FIELD: technology for drying dispersible materials, possible use in micro-biological industry, food industry, chemical industry and other industrial branches.

SUBSTANCE: in pneumatic dryer, which contains spiral channel, closed at top and at bottom by lid and floor, respectively, with creation of vortex chamber, spiral channel has input branch pipe positioned tangentially to its coils for injection of moist product mixed with air, while separation chamber for unload cyclone with overflow threshold, rigidly held in the floor of vortex chamber, is rigidly connected to vortex chamber and positioned coaxially with it, and exhaust branch pipe is positioned coaxially to aforementioned separation chamber and passes hermetically through vortex chamber, in other words, is not connected to vortex chamber by aerodynamic flows. Spiral channel is divided by inclined dividing wall onto two hollows: main hollow and additional hollow, formed by flat spiral and inclined dividing wall, and overheated steam is injected into additional spiral hollow through branch pipe, positioned perpendicularly to input branch pipe for injecting moist product, and condensate is drained from additional spiral hollow through branch pipe positioned perpendicularly to floor, and a vibrator is fastened to the floor of vortex chamber, optimal operation parameters for which are: vibration level within range 70...85 decibels, frequency of oscillations within range 31,5...125 Hz, time of interaction equal to 5 seconds with interval of 30 seconds.

EFFECT: increased productivity of dryer.
