FIELD: chemical industry; rubber industry; other industries; methods of cutting of the composite products of the annular shape.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to reprocessing of the polymeric composite products of the annular shape, for example, the industrial rubber products, the worn-out and rejected reinforced and their parts. The method provides for cutting of the annular shape products by means of the disk-type slitting knife and the support roller. The cut up product is fed in the cutting area. The cutting procedure provides, the exposed to cutting annular product is put slant on the support roller so that the edge(of the product directly contacts with the cutting area. The cutting of the product is exercised at an angle to its central plane along the spiral up to the complete cutting of the whole product with formation of the spiral band. The length and width of the spiral band depends on the angle of approach of the annular product to the support roller. The method ensures the complete cutting of the whole skeleton-breker-tread bracelet during its single run, that simplifies the cutting process, increases efficiency excluding the necessity of the preliminary biting and cutting through of the product.
