SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the means of protection, in particular, to protective materials for manufacture of the protective clothing intended for protection against the poisonous substances and chemicals. The composite laminate contains the layer of the fabric, on one side of which there is the elastomeric layer on the basis of the polymeric composition made out of the butyl rubber. On the other side of the fabric layer there is the layer made out of the fluorine-containing mixed thermoelastolayer compositions. The mixed composition consists of the mixture of fluoroelastomer and fluoroplastic polytetrafluorethylene in the ratio of 30-70:70-30. The technical result of the invention consists in maintaining of the high protective properties of the composite laminated material before and after the scuffing loadings, simplification of the material structure and its production process.
