SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of cyclopropyl-β-amino acid of the formula (I): wherein R1 and R2 are chosen from group comprising hydrogen atom, (C1-C10)-linear or branched alkyl, or R1 and R2 in common with a carbon atom to which they are bound form cyclopentyl, cyclohexyl or cycloheptyl cycle that can be substituted optionally with one or two substitutes chosen independently from group of substitutes in above enumerated values for R1 and R2; R3 and R4 are chosen independently from hydrogen atom and methyl. Also, invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing indicated compounds and to using indicated compositions in treatment of different disorders of the central nervous system and other disorders. Derivatives of cyclopropyl-β-amino acid elicit activity as alpha-2-delta-ligands (α2δ-ligands). Such compounds possess affinity to α2δ-subunit of calcium channel.
EFFECT: valuable medicinal properties of compounds and pharmaceutical compositions.
