FIELD: ceramic industry; medicine industry; other industries; methods of the thermal compaction of the small volume porous ceramic articles.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of thermal compaction of the porous ceramic articles of the small volume, for example, the dental porcelain. The method of manufacture of the ceramic articles of the certain porosity differs that the sintered materials are exposed to the action of the power of the super-high frequency (SHF) radiation radiating in the mode of the multimode generation of the electromagnetic waves with the wavelength in the vacuum from 5 up to 20 cm at the power of the electromagnetic radiation up to one kilowatt. For sintering use the vessel having a working cavity, in which the being sintered material is placed. Round the working cavity there is at least one component made out of the additional material. The additional material represents the mixture of the non-metallic paramagnetic, ferromagnetic, anti-ferromagnetic, ferroelectric materials and the refractory materials transparent for SHF radiation. In the capacity of the additional material use the mixture of zinc chromite with zinc oxide. The technical result of the invention is reduction of the production process duration and the power input at preservation of the purity of the sintered material.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the reduced production process duration and the decreased power input at preservation of the purity of the sintered material.
