FIELD: electric engineering, in particular, method for caking by means of UHF heating, possible use for caking compacted ceramic materials with microwave radiation.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, during manufacture of a template, amount of binding agent is not less than 2,5% of mass of template. Heating of template, placed in thermal isolation, positioned in microwave chamber, is performed at least across two stages, characterized by different heating temperatures. At first stage the template is heated at speed of 0,5 deg/min <V <300 deg/min up to temperature ˜500÷800°C and full decomposition of organic binding agent in the template, thus creating a layer of gas black particles on internal heat isolation walls, and at second stage up to temperature of ˜800÷1700°C, at which oxidizing or combustion of aforementioned gas black particles occurs, making it possible to additionally increase homogeneity of temperature distribution inside the template being caked.
EFFECT: increased homogeneity of temperature distribution inside large-sized product being caked during caking.
