FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil and gas industry particularly to methods of hydrocarbon deposits development. The invention facilitates increased efficiency of oil extraction with implementation of the method at massive oil and gas deposits due to avoidance of gas cones formation and reduction of capital costs at erection of a well owing to reduction of its length. The essence of the invention is as follows: the method includes drilling out the deposit with fill in and producing wells, pumping water through fill in wells and withdrawal of oil through producing wells. According to the invention the fill in wells are completed under an impenetrable upper boundary, while development of deposits is performed stepwise. At the first step withdrawal of oil is carried out through producing wells out of oil rim till formation of zone with residual oil saturation between gas and oil saturated layers occurs. Pumping of water is performed through fill in wells directly under the impenetrable upper boundary up to formation of a continuous water mirror over zone with residual oil saturation. During the second step pumping of water is terminated and withdrawal of oil out of the oil rim is resumed till its completion. At the third step withdrawal from the deposit through producing wells is transferred into a gas cap and the deposit is operated purely as the gas one.

EFFECT: facilitates increased efficiency of oil extraction with implementation of the method at massive oil and gas deposits and reduces capital costs at erection of a well owing to reduction of its length.
