FIELD: oil and gas production industry, particularly hydrocarbon deposit development methods.
SUBSTANCE: method involves penetrating oil deposit with injection and producing wells; injecting water through injection wells and producing reservoir fluid through producing wells. Water is injected via injection wells in water-saturated deposit area along development member outline. Reservoir fluid is also produced from bottom water-saturated zone via producing wells. Water injection rate and fluid producing rate are selected to provide reverse "oil in water" cone at initial development stage, which provides initial inflow of water only in well. After that fluid production dynamics is changed to increase oil content in reservoir fluid along with involving of oil-saturated zone sections remote from oil production interval and along with gas cones suppression with oil flow.
EFFECT: increased oil recovery coefficient due to possibility to involve oil-saturated areas remote from oil production interval into development and decreased gas coning.
