SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with squeezing inferior alveolar artery in area of mylopterygoid space from the side of oral cavity at mandibular wounds and traumas. It is necessary to fulfill sliding palpation till detecting mandibular lingula followed by pressing ascending mandibular part with the edge of a thimble put on a finger, moreover, a thimble's rib penetrates mandibular incision deeply and squeezes inferior alveolar artery there. The innovation enables to decrease traumatism of manipulation upon hemorrhage stoppage and provides reliable arterial squeezing.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
