FIELD: medicine, neurology.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out monotherapy with benzonal. Treatment begins from the dose 100 mg per 24 h and in 3-4 days the benzonal dose is increased to 300 mg per 24 h and this dose is administrated for 7-10 days. In the case of absence the curative effect the dose is increased by 50 mg each 3-5 days and brought about its to appearance of the first intolerance symptoms followed by decreasing the dose up to previous dose that doesn't cause unfavorable effects, and treatment is carried out using this dose. Method enhances effectiveness of treatment based on selection of individual optimal dose of benzonal.
EFFECT: improved method of treatment.
