Plasma coating and vacuum brazing are performed at 1020-1050 C with simultaneous annealing at 880-990 C for 30-35 min with cooling at the same rate up to 550-560 C Thin-walled magnet circuits diameter of which exceeds 140 mm are cooled from 550-560 C at a rate of 2-5 C/min.
