FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to vacuum baking of construction parts such as thin-wall coils, magnetic conductors, and poles and may find use when manufacturing process plasma sources and small-power stationary plasma motors, and also in instrumentation engineering. Method of treating parts of magnetically soft magnetic systems includes following operations: mechanical treatment, successive application of chemical nickel layer 5-40 mcm thick and aluminium oxide layer 150-400 mcm thick, and vacuum baking at 880-920 C for 1.5-3.5 h under vacuum 10-3-10-5 mm Hg followed by cooling with standardized rate (100-120 C/h) to temperature 30-40 C below Curie point temperature. Heating to vacuum baking temperature is effected at the rate 350-600 C/h with parts installed on ceramic supports. Aluminium oxide is deposited, if needed, through underlayer of special type powder with thickness 5-20 mcm. EFFECT: improved parameters of process. 6 cl, 1 tbl
